Aunty Oli’sAuthentic Caribbean Food, comprising of delicious eats that will make your belly full but won’t leave your pockets empty.Aunty Oli’s was inspired back on the island of Antigua, where the Sunday meal was considered sacred. Children would gather at the yard of a local woman whose name although not given was assigned Olivet. While hosting the assorted bunches of her nieces and nephews, the gathering children from the neighborhood would hear her being referred to her as auntie Oli and soon began to adopt the name, granting her the official title of their unofficial “Aunty.”The kitchen was always fragrant with the enveloping aroma of the many local herbs and spices, either picked in the wild, groomed in her table garden or sourced from the local farmers market. The keen sense of preparation and love taken to nurture the food as it moved through the stages of the cooking process is the motivation of the “Aunty Oli’s” restaurant today. At AuntyOli's our mission is simple, we strive to provide the best quality and create an authentic experience through a blend of fusion that will excite the taste buds. Created after the cravings of coworkers over personal handcrafted meals exceeded expectations and developed into serving boxed lunches until the demand grew to serving on a community level.
